The formal guest entrance leads to the greatest of great rooms. Floor to ceiling windows along the exterior wall invite the outdoors in. Sky lights in the vaulted ceiling, muted by fabric swags, gently wash the room with outdoor light. Four distinct seating groupings define the formal living room. A soaring wood-burning fireplace serves both as a focal point and a divider between the sitting areas and the formal dining room which comfortably seats between 12 and 14 guests.
Two steps down from the dining area is a more casual sitting room that looks out over the lighted landscaped grounds and the woods beyond. These three areas allow for intimate evenings with different moods or flow easily from one to the other for larger gatherings. Each has a deck, further blending the outdoors with the indoors.
A floating staircase off the dining room leads to the Master Suite which can be closed off to the rest of the house. It features large his and her walk-in closets, birds-eye maple shelving, stainless steel and marble accents, a silver-leaf ceiling, a deep whirlpool bath, open shower with skylights, and a large balcony that looks out over the property.
