The Family Wing on the east side of the house catches the morning sun through floor to ceiling windows and a grand glass brick wall. The area houses two family bedrooms, served by a large pass through bathroom, an exercise/hobby room and an informal sitting room with a vaulted ceiling, wood-burning fireplace and entertainment wall. To the east is a landscaped terrace, to the west access to the main patio deck that runs the entire length of the Gathering Area.

On the lower level there is a large billiards area, a guest suite with en-suite washroom, a home office (or 5th bedroom) a large cedar clad storage room and a 1,200 bottle wine cellar: casual, comfortable and cozy.
