Today I did not move the camper from it’s parking spot at my friend’s 100 acre century old farm, here in Chatsworth Ontario.

I have found the most ideal camping spot in Canada !

I know I can’t stay here forever, but the thought has crossed my mind...

My friend’s daily routine (and mine for this visit)  is to take a swim in the pond at sunrise, fix and eat a big “farm breakfast”, work  a few hours at his business, (located in his log cabin overlooking the pond), then about two in the afternoon take a second swim.

After putting in a few more hours on the computers, it’s time to run the dogs.

This is done by driving his Gator utility vehicle as fast as it will go ( 25 to 30 Mph) through the wheat fields, and then into the woods, over very rough terrain, (at full speed), then back to the fields, fly over a few hills, and finally motor back to the cabin...

The two dogs got such a workout they both headed for the pond to cool down. They were last seen in a deep sleep on the cabin floor.

I considered joining them... for a nap ... not on the floor.
